Code Factory, a high tech firm providing consulting services and
incubator space to local high-tech start-ups. James Palmer
represented the Landlord and Ann Garber of Coldwell Banker Sarazen
represented the new tenant.

practitioner. The sale involved The Committee of Adjustment. The
buyer was served well by Janet Bradley from Borden Ladner Gervais.
