301 O'Connor was firmly sold to a medical practitioner. The sale involved The Committee of Adjustment. The buyer was served well by Janet Bradley from Borden Ladner Gervais. James Palmer represented both the seller, Smith Petrie Carr, and the doctor who bought the property, as broker.

2171 McGee Side Road was leased to a manufacturing company, MBX Solutions, who is occupying all 8000 square feet of the available space. James Palmer acted for both the Landlord and the Tenant.

51 Slack Road was sold to a Buddhist congregation. James Palmer acted for the seller, The Optimist Club of Nepean. John Phan of Re/Max Metro-City Realty represented the buyers of this historic building.
