Half of building A at 180 Vanguard was sold firm in November to the owner of a large chain of restaurants. James Palmer and Travis Gordon were the listing agents as the building is part of the new development at 200 Vanguard Drive near the 10th Line and Innes Road now being marketed by Re/Max through Gordon and Palmer. The selling broker was Pete Brown of Oberfeld Snowcap from Toronto. This was a deal that showed the advantage of using a commercial broker with a commercial network.
1335 Bank Street November 30, 2015
In late November 2015, the garage and property, 1335 Bank Street at the corner of Riverside was leased to a car dealer and mechanic for a short term lease while the owner firms up his plans to redevelop the site into a large apartment building. James Palmer worked for both the landlord and the new tenant on this transaction.
