A property James helped to lease and then sell to Hydro One on Frank Kenny Road in Navan finally completed the sale part of the lease after 7 years. James represented both the buyer and the seller of the parcel of land subsequently developed by Hydro One.

The entire 9^th floor at 555 Legget Drive in Kanata was leased to a large American high-tech firm with James’s help for the landlord, KRP.
