In December, James helped a kitchen design and supply store lease space at 1180 Rockingham. James acted for the Tenant. Rita Fung of Keller Williams Integrity acted for the Landlord.

250 Bank Street December 13, 2018

In December 2018, James helped Equal Justice Canada locate to 250 Bank Street in a small office on a large floor of other not-for-profit organizations. James represented the Tenant and Dan Moloughey, the broker- of- record at Ottawa Urban Realty acted for the organization leasing space to not-for-profits.
