65 Bronson Avenue was leased effectively in April to a cannabis store, which will be doing substantial work to the building and may become the buyer if all goes well. Mathieu Hudon of Royal Lepage represented the Tenant, and James represented the Landlord/Seller.

303 Legget Drive, Unit 102 was a lease renewal with a Tenant who first leased the unit with James’s services nearly 10 years ago. James represented the Tenant for the renewal. Sharon Etmanskie was the leasing officer for KRP Properties.

5229 Farran’s Point Road in Ingleside was sold. This warehouse of about 54,000 square feet was sold for the second time with James as broker at full price. Philip Zunder of Decathlon Commercial Realty acted for the buyer.

1083 and 1095 Merivale Road May 15, 2021

1083 and 1095 Merivale Road, a substantial sale of two buildings used as long-term care homes were sold to a buyer James has dealt with on a number of occasions successfully. James acted for the buyer in what became a complicated share/hybrid agreement. Raffaele Guggliameli of Marcus and Millichap acted for the seller.
